Hi, I’m Stacey, and I’ve recently joined CFC as a maternity cover. My background is hospitality management which has given me a wealth of experience in communication and problem solving.

I was born in London but brought up and lived in North Yorkshire until I moved to Gloucestershire in 2001. I have over 20 years’ experience working with children and families in homeless teams, neighbourhood community projects, domestic abuse refuges, counselling agencies and Local Authorities.

Hi, I’m Meera and I joined CFC as Marketing Manager in February 2024. 

 I lead the development and execution of strategies to recruit new foster carers and retain existing ones.

Hello, I’m Sam, I have been a social worker for 15 years, working in child protection, children with disabilities, children in care and supervising social work. 

Jill Farrelly is a qualified social worker who has worked in social care for nearly 40 years. Much of her experience has been in children’s services latterly as a senior manager in a voluntary adoption agency. Jill is passionate about promoting positive outcomes for children and young people who are in the care system. She recognises and values the incredible difference foster carers can make to those children’s lives. 

I’m Penny, a Family Support Worker for CFC. I love my role, working with children, young people and foster carers. I also love to spend time with my grandchildren, gardening, walking my dogs as well as days out on adventures and eating out!

After each meeting, the Chair of the Panel will make recommendations to Community Foster Care' Decision Maker who will make the decision regarding approval of foster carers.

I have rejoined CFC as a Senior Supervising Social Worker and look forward to seeing you all, old faces and new. 

Mark is a former Police Inspector with Lancashire Constabulary and is an adoptive parent of two children who are now grown up. He has been a member of Blackpool's Adoption Panel since 2005.

Michelle is a Panel Member, and works as a Specialist Safeguarding Nurse.

Jessica is a Panel Member, and works as a Fostering Social Worker for a local authority.

I am Supervising Social Worker based at CFC's Royal Wootton Bassett office in Wiltshire. I work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I have over 16 years' experience working with children and families.

My name is Sarah Adams and I started working in the Gloucester office as part of the Business Support team in early 2020. If you pick up the phone and hear a Scottish voice, that’s me!
