Phil - Psychodynamic Organisational Therapist

Phil is a Consultant Psychodynamic Organisational Therapist and a qualified social worker. He has led and consulted to organisations providing care, education and therapy for children, young adults and families over a career of more than thirty years.

Phil is skilled in promoting therapeutic environments to consider child and carer experiences, often in complex and difficult circumstances, particularly in relation to the interplay of relationships within families and the professional network. Phil works with whole networks to enable deeper understanding of childhood trauma-related attachment difficulties and subsequently, providing a relational toolkit of supportive approaches.

Phil’s professional interests include:
Complex developmental trauma, mental health, autism and learning disability, group facilitation and organisational dynamics, therapeutic communities and social pedagogy.
