Julia - Panel Member (She/Her)

Hi, my name is Julia and I am excited to be a part of the CFC panel.

I used to work for the Local Authority in the Looked After Children Team for several years, until I had my children in 2013 and 2015 and decided to work freelance as a Form F Assessor, assessing potential foster carers. I have enjoyed doing this and gathered great experience and have worked with CFC in this role for many years.

As I am lucky to live close to the Cotswold lakes, my hobbies revolve around spending time in and on the water. I enjoy cold water swimming and paddle boarding, as well as long walks with my labrador retriever, Bertie.

I also love baking, reading and anything active with my family such as climbing, ice skating or trampolining.
