Rae - Support Work Coordinator, Gloucestershire (She/Her)

Hi, I’m Rae. I joined CFC as Support Coordinator in March 2022 and I’m based in the Gloucester office.

I previously worked at CFC for 6 years as a Family Support Worker and loved it so much I have returned in a new role!

I have worked with children and families for almost 20 years. For 6 years of that period I worked at HMP Gloucester supporting children who had a parent or close relative in prison and worked with children who were at risk of offending themselves. I have spent years working in schools also, providing targeted therapeutic interventions whilst working at CFC, then going on to work as a Teaching Assistant and supporting the pastoral team within a school during the pandemic.

I am passionate about supporting children and their carers, ensuring they can achieve the brightest future possible whilst having lots of fun along the way!

I have two children of my own, who keep me very busy when I am not in work 😊
