Ferroza - Panel Member

My name is Ferroza - I am married with two adult children and two young grandsons, who I love and adore!

I have a wide range of experience in working within different social care settings for over 30 years, from safeguarding children to fostering and adoption. In addition, I have worked for Ofsted as an early year's inspector. I am passionate about better outcomes for children, particularly those in our care.

I enjoy cooking and creating new recipes to try on my family. I love travelling and, in my spare, time I like to read.
