Emma - Registered Manager for the Fostering Service

Hi, I'm Emma and I joined Community Foster Care in 2012. Prior to this I worked for 12 years for a Local Authority, initially as a children and families social worker in the fieldwork team.

I have also worked as a senior adoption support worker, involved in the delivery of training programmes for prospective and existing adoptive parents and foster carers, as well as providing therapeutic support to children with attachment and behavioural difficulties.

My three girls and dog, Rufus, keep me busy outside of work!
