About CFC

Community Foster Care is a Charity that provides foster families for children and young people who are unable to stay with their parents.

CFC has been helping young people for over 20 years. We have a friendly team of Supervising Social Workers and Support Workers who are here to make sure you are safe, supported, and part of our CFC community.
