We want to continually learn, feel safe to challenge ourselves & others in how we think and operate. This is a journey, mistakes are inevitable and that's okay.
Trauma Informed
Being a CFC explorer is an extension of being trauma informed - understanding our communities, cultures and identities, while understanding and challenging our own beliefs, biases, and assumptions allows us to make more informed decisions and bear greater empathy.

Equality is the destination but we understand equity is needed to get there - this means treating people differently dependent on their need.
