An FGC is a meeting of family and friends to agree a family plan to improve the health and well-being of a child/children or young person/people.

I have a background in mental health work with MIND, education, housing and I’m currently exploring work in mediation and Life Long Links.

I enjoy getting out into nature, making music, gardening and cycling. I’m married to Sarah.
